Returns

We really hope you will love your Grey Flannel item(s), but if you do change your mind you have 28 calendar days to return from the date you received it. Items that are returned must be unworn, still in their original packaging with their original tags attached.

Return Shipping

Shipping charges for the return of goods will be paid for by you and we will incur the cost of redelivering the exchanged goods should you want to exchange the item over sizing issues. If you are shipping an item over £100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once we receive your Grey Flannel items, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Upon approval, we will initiate a refund (shipping cost deducted) to your credit card/original method of payment. Your card issuer's policies will determine how long it takes for the refund to appear on your account.
